Steve Kinkel

Chief Executive Officer

Steve Kinkel is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of United Metal Products. As the holder of several patents, Steve has helped United Metal Products to revolutionize the air handling industry. In addition to his responsibilities at United Metal Products, Steve also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Chil-Pak, a leading manufacturer of packaged central plants.

Steve holds professional memberships in several organizations including the American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Air Movement and Control Association, and the Evaporative Cooling Institute (ECI) where he served as the President from 1996-1998.

Peter Kinkel

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Peter Kinkel is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of United Metal Products. Peter has held various positions at United Metal Products such as Director of Operations and Production, Director for Engineering, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. Peter has over thirty years of experience in providing strategic organizational development and management expertise. He has consistently pioneered innovative strategies that have led to increased organizational effectiveness and productivity.

Peter holds professional memberships in several organizations including the Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL), Air Movement and Control Association International, American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and the Evaporative Cooling Institute (ECI).

Lance Stuber

General Manager

Lance Stuber is the General Manager of United Metal Products. Lance joined United Metal Products in 2003 from Oldcastle Precast where he served as the General Manager and Regional MIS Manager for the Western Division. He has over 10 years of experience in operations and plant management in the industrial manufacturing industry and over 15 years of sales and marketing experience.

His interdependent leadership style has strengthened the vision and depth of Operations at United Metal Products, resulting in greater productivity and an increased operational efficiency. In addition to his responsibilities at United Metal Products, Lance also serves in an advisory role to Chil-Pak, a leading manufacturer of packaged central plants.
